The head and body of 'Snow' was still in the police morgue and Bigby was supposed to disguise himself as detective Brannigan to retrieve the body. There was supposed to be a minigme to grab as much evidence as possible. get the connection? :) Then Bigby's attorney was supposed to come in, but it was simply Crane using glamour - and the scene would play out as in the released episode, with the station forgetting what happened.
